  • Construction oversight for the new 10,000 sq. ft. GM showroom.
  • Development Services included management of:
    • regarding of the site, new site drainage, lighting, paving, landscaping and way finding.
    • redevelopment of the existing 17,000 square foot GM service facility.
    • redevelopment included exterior upgrades and modifications, interior lighting, electrical service, office reconstruction, new parts department, five additional service bays and new car wash.
    • assisted Owner in obtaining approval from the PA Environmental Protection Agency for enclosure and rerouting of a 1,000 foot stream.

  • Redeveloped and converted a 41,000 sq. ft. grocery store into a new collision and vehicle servicing facility.
  • Managed contract bidding and assisted in obtaining the required permits and entitlements
  • Managing construction of facility.
  • Estimated completion – September 2012

Cochran Volkswagen Showroom, Dormont, PA
Total Project Budget = $3.0M

  • Development of new 5,000 sq. ft. showroom.
  • Development Services included the oversight of project consultants, obtaining all necessary permits and entitlements, management of contract bidding and construction management.
  • Estimated completion – November 2012

Cochran Nissan, Dormont, PA
Total Project Budget = $5.5M

  • Assisting in the redevelopment of the site along with the exiting structure. Site improvements include new grading and installation of new utilities. New developments to the facility include the addition of a 32,000 square ft. parking deck, a new service ride up and updates to the existing service department.
  • Acting as 3rd party, assisted in the acquisition of several key land parcels
  • Procured all permits and entitlements.
  • Provided oversight for project consultants.
  • Managed contract bidding and construction.
  • Estimated completion – Fall 2013.

Cochran Infiniti, Dormont, PA
Total Project Budget = $3M

  • Development of new 5,000 sq. ft. showroom.
  • Grand View is responsible for negotiating the exchange of land between Cochran Automotive and the Borough of Dormont.
  • Providing oversight for the construction of a 20,000 square ft. parking deck.
  • Estimated completion – Fall 2013.

ABARTA, O’Hara Township, PA
Total Project Budget = $7.5M

  • New 32,500 sq. ft. corporate headquarters building on 7 acres in RIDC Office Park, O’Hara Township PA.
  • Identified land within limited parameter of ABARTA for new corporate headquarters relocation.
  • The site ultimately identified was one of the last remaining parcels in the RIDC Office and Industrial Park.
  • The land was steeply sloping, encumbered by a significant utility line the bisected the site, wetlands and stream, and unsuitable dirt.
  • Grand View obtained all permits and approvals to relocate the utilities, the stream and wetlands.
  • Grand View was responsible for all entitlements, oversight of consultants, bidding of site work and building construction and construction management.
  • Grand View arranged and closed a loan of $7.5M for construction and permanent financing.
  • Estimated completion – Spring 2013.
